Description
Track 1/2, a pin, and a time stamp can all be stored on this device. The message could read “authorized,” “communication error,” “declined,” “unknown error,” or “insufficient money.”
This POS system can process debit and credit cards, but it will never communicate with a genuine bank server because the hardware hasn’t been tampered with—only the software.
It cannot perform genuine transactions; instead, it will simulate them, give you a receipt, and store your T1 and T2 plus your PIN for subsequent download on your computer.
