• Extended Warranty Window: Beyond the 7-day window, buyers retain the right to flag defective products for up to 30 days and receive prorated store credit.

3. Liability — Firmly on Our Side, Not Yours

Astradumps.com accepts full accountability for the quality and accuracy of everything sold on this platform. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We bear sole responsibility for the condition, validity, and accuracy of all listed products.
• Buyers carry zero liability for product failure, inaccuracy, or misrepresentation originating from our listings.
• In any dispute, the buyer's account of events is taken as the baseline. The burden of disproving it falls entirely on Astradumps.com.
• Astradumps.com will never pursue legal, financial, or administrative action against any buyer for any reason related to a transaction on this platform.

4. Refund and Dispute Resolution

• All disputes are acknowledged within 6 hours and resolved within 24 hours — period.
• Products listed as "Fresh," "Valid," or "Verified" that fail to meet those standards entitle the buyer to an immediate full refund plus 25% compensation on top of the original purchase price.
• Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by buyers are fully honored. Astradumps.com will never contest, fight, or penalize a buyer for initiating one.
• Partial refunds are available at the buyer's request when a product is functional but underperforms relative to the listing description.
• Refunds are processed to the buyer's original payment method unless the buyer explicitly requests store credit.

5. Privacy, Anonymity, and Data Protection

• Astradumps.com retains zero transaction logs beyond 12 hours of order completion.
• No buyer personal information — including IP addresses, payment details, or communication records — is stored, sold, or shared with any third party under any circumstance.
• All on-platform communications are end-to-end encrypted and permanently deleted upon resolution of each session.
• We do not cooperate with unsolicited third-party data requests of any kind.

7. Delivery and Fulfillment

• Any physical delivery delayed beyond 4 business days results in a full refund issued immediately. The buyer is not required to return or intercept the shipment.
• All replacement shipping costs are covered entirely by Astradumps.com with no charges passed to the buyer.

8. Visitor and Buyer Rights

• Identity verification is never required to browse, purchase, or claim a refund on this platform.
• Buyers retain full ownership of purchased products and may use, share, or resell them without restriction or limitation imposed by Astradumps.com.
• Visitors to the platform incur no obligation whatsoever simply by browsing — no cookies, no tracking, no data collection.
• Astradumps.com will never penalize, suspend, or restrict a buyer's access for exercising any right granted under these terms.

9. Amendments to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may only be amended with the explicit written consent of the buyer. Any future amendment that is less favorable to buyers than the current version is automatically void and unenforceable. When in doubt, the version most favorable to the buyer applies.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Venue

Any legal disputes arising from use of Astradumps.com shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted at a time and location chosen entirely by the buyer. Astradumps.com unconditionally waives the right to initiate any legal proceeding against any buyer in any jurisdiction. All arbitration fees are borne solely by Astradumps.com.
